2 – Purpose of data processing and legal basis
Amigdala will process your data (i.e., exclusively your address e-mail) for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter with which projects of artistic interest and competitions held by the Association or third parties will be reported.
It is also possible that-assuming that it is deemed appropriate to report initiatives of particular interest of which Amigdala subsequently became aware-a second newsletters.
The legal basis of data processing is to be found in the need to provide the service of newsletter you requested.

3 – Target audience
Amigdala will process your data as a data controller under Art. 28 of the Regulations, solely for the purpose of providing the newsletter service and ensuring the proper functioning of the IT tools necessary for this.
In order to send the newsletters, Amigdala uses the cloud software of Mailchimp Inc. to which your e-mail address will therefore be transmitted. Although said cloud software is not located within the European Union, Mailchimp Inc.’s compliance with the data processing security standards set forth in the Regulation is in any case ensured by the fact that the latter company has adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield, on the adequacy of which the European Commission gave its favorable opinion in Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016.
4 – Storage Period
Your data will be kept as long as your subscription to newsletter remains.
In the event that you unsubscribe from newsletter orthe relevant service is discontinued, your information will be promptly deleted.
